CHURCHILL
CHURCHILL
We spent three months at the beautiful Blenheim Palace, a UNESCO world heritage site based in the heart of Oxfordshire, UK during the pandemic to transform their original water terrace restaurant and charming Indian Room into a glimpse of Sir Winston's life.
The Exhibition features a mix of historic artefacts and new technology, documenting key aspects of the adventurous life of Sir Winston Churchill, the famous wartime leader and writer and engages visitors with immersive set dressing combined with traditional museum displays. All elements were manufactured in our Surrey workshop.
With photographs, letters, personal effects and excerpts from his most famous speeches, you'll gain a real sense of our ‘Greatest Briton’.

PHOTOGRAPHY
All project photography was undertaken with kind permission of Randolph Churchill and Blenheim Palace. Our team spent 3 days setting up a mobile studio to capture the artefacts for display.
PROCUREMENT
Many of the objects and items that make up the physical surroundings of the gallery were carefully selected through our vast network of antique dealers.
WAX FIGURE
We worked closely with sculptor Jethro Crabb, the talented Sue Day and Churchills original tailors, shoe and glasses makers to ensure perfect detailing to the wax figure.
