AGREEING WHAT WE'LL DO Setting up the project and deliverables is done in a clear and concise manner in order to ensure we deliver a fully considered project aligned with or exceeding the expectation of the employers requirements
AGREEING WHAT YOU'LL DO In order to provide certainty on the key elements of Time and Cost, we enable timely decisions to be made by working closely with decision makers or steering groups, simultaneously considering the overall budget parameters
QUALITY CONTROL Quality of the product we deliver is of the highest importance, this responsibility lies with the entire team however our quality control process is driven by the Project Director and the onsite Project Manager. As part of the process the Design Lead for the project will review an on site “Bench-mark” area, where proposed products and finishes are presented for agreement and sign off
